So many events

Today is one of those days that I want to go to everything, and we will just have to see what happens. There are two amazing Holocaust remembrance day events, one has a brunch for survivors, and I would love for my kids to brighten their day.  Then there is another event where Mayim Bialik will be speaking, there will be survivors there too.  I was going to post details, but on second thought it might be dangerous to do that, so if anyone wants to know more please contact me.

Then I just saw there is a Jewish event at the last remaining Barnes and Nobles in our area, with tons to do for kids, looks like so much fun!

At the Westside JCC, there is a huge Kids-A-Palooza in the afternoon, that has been our plan from the beginning, so we will see what we can catch before that.

I was asking a friend when is the right time to talk to kids about the Holocaust, and decided to talk about the similarities of Passover, and it made sense to them, nothing graphic or too much detail, just that our nation was targeted and survived, and there are people still alive today that lived through it.

Looking forward to a day of fun and learning,
Coach Yulia
