Time Change

My kids are noticing how dark it is, and my whole body feels off.  Does one hour really make so much of a difference, or is it an easy excuse and something to moan and groan about?  I do like that because it is dark my kids think it is bedtime and sleep in, but not really, no fail they wake up at 6am, but luckily not 5am when we fell back.

My left eye has a pain all around, the weather changed drastically so I am super dry all over and a bit sneezy.  Many people say you can only catch stuff from people, and weather doesn't have anything to do with it.  Maybe because I am born in Russia, weather and me have a different relationship. When I lived in Miami, Florida my skin was so happy.  Not everyone loves the humidity, but growing up there was a blast, and you lived in air conditioning, unless you were out partying or on the beach. Speaking of Miami, I grew up listening to Expose, and this song is called Season's Change, came into my mind writing about the time change.

It's almost 10pm, and I really want to already be in bed by this time, my mornings are so early and the day does not stop until about now.  Finally got the baby to sleep, and now finishing up some of my own to do's before I curl into a warm bed.

Found some interesting statistics, https://www.yahoo.com/health/4-weird-ways-the-time-change-affects-your-health-101686684992.html.

Good Night,
