Two Minutes

Two minutes is how long we should take brushing our teeth.  After having kids my teeth and gums really suffered, it is genetic, passed down from my mom's side, all of our enamel is stripped from the teeth and bleeding gums.  I was that lucky person that before children had such perfect teeth, I did not know anything about swollen gums and the prick test that they do, I always just got a cleaning.

Every part of our body needs to be taken care of to function probably, constant care and preventive maintenance.  I did a total overhaul on my teeth and gums, and once everything looked good they told me to get an electric toothbrush, besides all of its other benefits, it times you, so you brush for the whole two minutes!

I just ran across another two minute suggestion for your all of your relationships, http://lemonlimeadventures.com/2-minutes-will-save-marriage/.

The Jewish lesson of the week is about loving your neighbor like yourself, and when going deeper it is about loving yourself.  I always say in my classes that it is not selfish, but it is self care to put ourselves first.
