So many things in our world are hyped up, actors and models talk about how things "really" work and how good they feel. I like to say it this way, Everything Works and Nothing Works, because we are all different, and there is not one thing that works for everybody, its a combination and order of a variety of things.
I am just talking generally because this can apply to anything in life. How do you determine quality and value? I love getting first hand referrals from people I know, or people in a similar situation as me, such as moms testing out a product for kids and loving it, but I am open to not loving it as well.
I am in the service world, and I stand behind what I do 100%. Some people do not click with my style, which is totally understandable, and I also want to find clients and students that "get it," so I can guide them in achieving health, fitness, flexibility, strength, core, and a break for the non stop mind.
This was my day so far:
9:15am Summer Yoga Series class one
10:30am Group Pilates 24 Hour Fitness West Hollywood
Lunch
Now for the rest of my day:
1:30 PE (12 days to go)
4:30 Private Yoga at a production studio
6pm Group Pilates 24 Hour Fitness Beverly Hills
7:30pm Prenatal Yoga
9pm Private Yoga
