So happy to jump back into reality, the Jewish holiday month was wonderful, and it really makes me appreciate being in the world, routine, and so grateful for my work and my family. There is nothing better than a natural high, and I am lucky to be directly connected to mine. The holiday season brought people to an intense spiritual high, many people on a daily basis try to enjoy all the other ways of getting a "buzz," and even in work situations people need to get themselves into a positive and focused mindset.
I recently realized that all of these tactics are very powerful, and when I am around people that are high from the three ways I mentioned above, I feel the energy and enjoy it, but realize that it is not necessarily a natural high but a manufactured high.
It is very rare to meet people that are of a positive mindset and are naturally high on a regular basis, it is their state of being, and it is just who they are.
Who knows what the secret is, maybe a deep connection to the one above, maybe a confidence that was instilled in childhood, or maybe just a life of lessons brings people to this place in their outlook of life.
For me it is all three,
Happy to be naturally high 24/7,
Even when life is doing what its supposed to,
I choose to face, deal, go, live, feel,
