Quality Moment

We live in a very materialistic and physical society, recently I was learning that we learn in three ways.
  • Audibly
  • Visually
  • Kinesthetically
Everyone has different degrees of these individually but the American culture as a whole is mostly kinesthetic.  What is amazing as well is that content is not what our ears hear or what we react to most, it is body language and tonality.  I have been blessed to be the third generation of extremely positive women, my grandmother, mother, and I always see the bright side.  For my brain it makes no sense to look at the alternative, why feel down?  I want to get the most out of every situation and focus on quality not quantity.  This is an important concept in friendship and being grateful for what we have.

In my big boys school they have an incentive for parents to bring kids early.  They have a little track for kids where they can walk or run around, 10 times around is one mile and they get a cute necklace with a chain and a colorful foot.  We have a busy morning getting three kids ready, all of them get baths in the morning, don't ask, it is an OCD cleanaholicness of my husband's side of the family.  I have barely made it on time, and was even late once, had to fill out a late slip OY!  Don't judge, it is our first year of public school with many, many rules :)  So we made an effort to come early after my late note episode, and I noticed all the kids running, so for the last two days we came early, and tomorrow we will get that foot necklace, he has only 3 more rounds to go!

I really want to make all of my children are enjoying a big deal, I want to be part of it, tomorrow I will be reading to his Kindergarten class, excited!  So far I have met wonderful parents of the kids in his class, and the teachers are wonderful.  Today we finished all of his homework for the week, he gets a packet on Monday and we have to turn it in on Friday, it has detailed explanations of what to do each day.  I want him to enjoy learning, love school, and keep meeting interesting people and doing new, fun things every day, and I want to be part of it all.

I am enjoying meeting all types of strong personalities during my PE classes and to formulate our schedule so its fun, challenging, and giving them something they can walk away with about posture and health.  I love being an outlet for all the moms who need a break from it all and to put themselves first, it is not selfish, it is self care.  I love supporting a mom as a Doula, witnessing the miracle of birth, and allowing the mom to have an empowering and conscious birth experience.

I love being in the zone,
I love getting people into the zone,
I love the energy exchange,
I love to make each client and student have a quality experience and enjoy the moment,
What I also love is truth, the video below clearly explain all about Israel,
It stands for Life, Helping the World, and Innovation,
Anybody that doesn't see that is looking from a lens that I do not understand,
