I am all about preventive maintenance and eating right and being active, BUT it is also important to get checkups and make sure everything is as healthy as you think it is. I am trying to instill this in my kids too, that getting a checkup is a good thing, it is not scary, it is just taking care of ourselves.
My parents have recently lost a lot of weight, especially around their midsection. They exercise daily and are conscious about what they eat, which kept them healthy, but they found something that was a super-food and naturally cleansed them, check out www.sunchlorellausa.com.
I am not into extremes, I have not done cleanses or colonics, I think everything works, but everyone has to find what is right for them. I have been using the sun chlorella for two weeks, and it seems like it is definitely cleansing but not in an aggressive way. I am hoping that I will see some weight loss soon, I feel like my body is just stuck and stretched from three kids in a row. I feel amazing overall, have tons of energy to get through my day, but I wish I looked as good on the outside as I feel on the inside.
Another friend of mine recently lost a lot of weight in a couple of months, and he shared with me the weight loss plan below. It is important to be exact in your portions and eat five times a day every three hours, he was also exercising daily, and he won two weight loss competitions!!! He literally changed before everyones eyes, I am hoping that it will give some of you ideas of how to incorporate things into your life.
Eventually whatever you do has to become part of you, a lifestyle, there really are no quick fixes, that is why most extremes don't work long term, and have side effects.
I love to hear what everybody is doing, hopefully each individual will find the right combination for them.
I went to the eye doctor today and he told me that after 40 even if you have good vision to read, it will be harder to read with glasses or contacts on that you use to see far. I only wear my glasses to drive or watch TV, and now I have contacts on, and it has always been weird for me to see close with glasses or contacts. I usually like them only for special occasions, but usually I am happy to see what is right in front of me. Even when teaching a class, I love to see peoples silhouettes, that is how I know if their form is on or could be adjusted.
I can talk health all day,
Lets talk and figure it out together,
