Priorities, that is what it is really about, and especially with kids, when I get distracted, everything else goes out the window. I have tried lists, paper calendars, even my phone has been the best tool for tracking my appointments and to do lists, but sometimes something slips out of my head and an opportunity is missed.
My business and my family are equally my priorities, but when I am with my kids I want to be there 100%, so the business gets put on the back burner. I am not at a point to have a personal assistant, but that would be so nice, so someone can do all the scheduling and I just show up and be me. That is what I would thrive with, and what I am going to strive for.
I was interviewed for the article below, just click on the link, and I love how it is written. It is talking about the religious Jewish community being open to alternative medicine, exercise, and trying different ways of healing other than doctors. I was asked to submit a picture, and it just escaped out of my head, by the time I realized it, it was too late. I wish my picture was there, but I love how it is an article showcasing all the different people in our community, and I am so happy how she described me and my services.

This is a lesson for me to either do what I need to do right then and there, or put it on an alarm in my phone. Hopefully lesson learned, but as my kids come and want absolutely anything, I will drop everything and just be eema (mama in Hebrew.)
Shabbat Shalom,
Coach Yulia
