There are so many ways to make chicken soup, and lately I just can't get enough. Especially since it is chilly outside, and my throat needs some extra love. For those of you that don't eat mean anymore, or vegetarians and vegans, I respect your choice. I just love how healthy chicken soup is, that broth, the vegetables, YUM.
I found a recipe a while ago about a Greek style chicken soup that besides the usual asked for orzo, egg, and lemon. So the orzo you put at the very end because it cooks fast, I sometimes put it in, but I love just vegetables and soup. Once its cooked, let it boil and stir in a mixture of fresh lemon and and egg beat into it, and it makes the creamiest, lemoniest, yummiest soup on the planet, I just can't get enough. My family is not as into it as me, so I just indulge myself when there is the last bit of soup left to put in the lemon and egg, mmmmm.
