I love to dress up, fancy or fun for an event, I used to do it for a living, but now it is just a wonderful creative outlet. This month is all about dress up in my community, but more than ever, I find myself having to pull myself together, and it is not easy finding the time or the budget sometimes.. I like to be either Yoga or Diva, nothing really in between, I like no makeup or full face, and I love to be a canvas. I love the make up artist to use their creativity and have fun while making me glamorous. This week I had to attend three very different events, tonight I am going to a gala to commemorate and celebrate 32 years of the Chabad Israel Center, http://www.chabadla.org/, my husband's community for over 20 years. I am getting my hair done, got a new dress, and am excited to be part of this as well as just have fun with friends. I am taking my son to also get his haircut, next week for Purim he will be Spiderman, so the hair will be looking sharp.
I have been celebrating a new life one evening, remembering the life of a good friend another evening, and it all makes me think how important it is to live life to the fullest, to be happy, to be giving, to be a good person, to dream, to accomplish, to connect, to share, and do things you enjoy, to learn, to grow, and take the challenges of life head on and enjoy the fruits of your breakthrough.
